Goat cheese on sourdough with Serrano ham, olives, figs & honey
Ingredients
Sourdough bread, sliced
1 pack soft goat cheese in extra virgin olive oil
Serrano ham
Ripe figs
Green olives
Dried oregano
Lavender or orange blossom honey
Sea salt and black pepper
Method
- Toast the sourdough, drizzle over some of the olive oil, and spread generously with the goat cheese. 
- Add a slice of fig and a slice of Serrano ham. Skewer an olive and place on top. 
- Sprinkle with dried oregano, season and drizzle with the honey.
